One of the coolest things about MinuteBase is that it’s editable by others so if someone misses a meeting they can add their thoughts later. Completed meeting minutes are easily emailed, and you can also download a PDF for your files.
MinuteBase can do a whole lot of things, so if you work in a meeting-intensive environment you’ll definitely want to check it out. The free plan allows for one administrator, 25 MB of storage, and PDF export; premium plans offer more features and benefits.
